SH63RTBS40SS-1
The SH63RTBS40SS-1 high power RGB LED has the benefit of all 3 LED chips being terminated externally allowing each LED chip colour to be controlled separately. Constructed in a 6 pin surface mount package 6.0mm square the emitted wavelengths are 623Dnm Red, 530Dnm Green and 465Dnm Blue.

The device may be driven at 250mA max with typ luminous flux of 21 lm Red, 32 lm Green and 8 lm blue with a viewing angle of 130°.

Applications include information displays and general effect lighting.

SFNERTB Full Colour RGB
To offer an integrated full colour solution in a single package we offer the SFNERTB high power RGB LED lamp.

The device comprises of 3 individual chips Red, Green and Blue terminated in a 6-pin package which allows the separate drive/control of each colour.

Devices must be used in conjunction with secondary heat sinking.

BWL High Power 4W
The high intensity BL3A4 series can achieve 150 lumens @350mA drive current with a 120° angle of emission.

Constructed in a robust 8-pin package with integral heatsink for efficient thermal management the pin out allows each LED chip to be driven separately.

The pin-out enables customers the flexibility to configure arrays for specific application requirements.

A complete range of colours are available including 4 chip RGB for colour mix applications.

LGXRGB-501
The LGXRGB-501 series measure 9.2 x 8.0mm and offer an integrated full colour RGB solution in a single package. Capable of handling 350mA drive current a choice of wide 120°angle or 60° directivity is available.

The device comprises of 3 individual chips Red, Green and Blue terminated in a 6-pin package which allows the separate drive/control of each colour.

BWL3A4RGBA 4 Chip High Power Emitter
Designed for full colour LED lighting applications the  BWL3A4RGBA high power 4W emitter offers improved softer shades of pastel colour definition by using an additional 590nm yellow chip alongside the standard RGB  configuration. Packaged in a robust housing with integral heat sink for efficient thermal management the device measures a total of 20.5 x 30.5mm with 7.5mm profile. Respective LED outputs achieve 25 lumens Red, 50 lumens Green, 10 lumens Blue and 30 lumens yellow @ 350mA drive. The angle of emission is quoted at 120°. Connection is via an 8-pin lead frame that allows each LED chip to be driven separately and configured in series strings to reduce current consumption in larger arrays. Parts should be used in conjunction with constant current drive systems and secondary heat sinks.
