| SH21IR850 Based on the proven Super Vega outline measuring 7.2x6mm the SH21IR high power infra red emitter may be driven uo to 500mA. With a peak wavelength of 850nm the optical output is quoted at 45mW/sr @500mA with an emission angle of 120°. Parts are suitable for IR reflow soldering and a range of secandary optics are available for specific beam angle directivity. |

| NSHU Series The NSU series of ultraviolet emitters comprise of four devices in 2 package styles TO-18 flat and TO-18 lensed. Lensed types have 10° angle of emission and the flat window versions have a wide 100° directivity. A choice of two wavelengths are avaialble 365nm and 375nm, optical output power reaches 2000uW @ 20mA. Applications include UV curing and sensing. |
