L9B3HA21 Multi Chip Array
The SL9B3HA21 is a medium power LED array comprising of 55 integrated LED chip emitters and is rated at 3.8W
The array is configured in a matrix with matched emitters for uniform illumination and colour, the ceramic surface provides efficient thermal management
The module dimensions are 56.3x20mm with an ultra low profile of 3.6mm and the MCPCB incorporates 4 holes for mechanical fixing to secondary heat sinks.
Luminous Flux is quoted at 300 lumens from a drive current of 220mA for neutral white colour temperature of 5700K
Used in conjunction with constant current drivers for reliable operation and lumen maintainance, lifetimes in excess of 30,000 hours are realised
