  • Choice of Lambertain, Batwing and side emit radiation
  • Range of colours along with Infra Red and UV types
  • White types achieve > 110 lumens @350mA
  • Low thermal resistance; Rth(jb)= 15°C/W

 

SL3535W-L-350 Series

The SL3535W-L Series are miniature 1W or 3W high power emitters in a compact package with optics and feature:

  • 3.5x3.5x2.0mm surface mount package
  • High intensity, High efficiency
  • Wide 110° emission
  • Choice of colours
  • White types achieve >110 lumens @350mA (220@700mA)
  • Low thermal resistance; Rth(jb)= 10~12°C/W
  • ESD protection up to 8KV

The NS6W183 high intensity white emitter reaches an efficiency in excess of 125 lumens/watt and features:

  • 6.5x5.0x1.3mm surface mount package
  • Wide 120° angle of emission
  • Available in cool white & warm white
  • 135 lm typ @350mA
  • Compatible with IR reflow processes 

 

Golden Dragon

This highly efficient light source produces a typical output of 116 lumens @ 350mA with a viewing angle of 120° Lambertian.

Suitable for all SMT assembly methods and soldering techniques, applications include exterior and interior lighting and backlighting.

To provide directivity a range of optics are available to suit this package.
