Where a bright area of light is required to back illuminate legends or Liquid Crystal Displays (LCD’s) matrix backlights provide an ideal solution.
Using on Chip On Board LED lamps arranged in a matrix and placed directly beneath a diffuser surface a uniform area of light is emitted. The latest “TS” and InGaN LED die can be used to provide high intensity output for good visibility in direct sunlight where ultra blue, true green and white light outputs are also available. The box construction is available in a number of standard dimensions and custom types are also offered to customer specification. |
