Designed for High Intensity Spotlights we offer bespoke clusters to suit existing housings.

The PA 94-12-1W featured is based on 12 high power 1W LED's with 25° Optics.

A range of colours and optics are available to suit the applications.

PA95-9x3W
The PA95 range of LED clusters are based on a 95mm dia MCPCB and comprise of 9 high power 3W LED emitters configured in series.

A choice of colours are available including Cool white, Neutral white and  Warm white with an optional RGB version. A typical output of 1170 lumens is quoted for cool white at the max drive curent of 700mA.

A choice of optics is also available including a single piece 9-cell for ease of assembly
The LEDs must be driven from a constant current source and used with approriate secondary heatsinking to provide reliable thermal management.

PA95RTB
Designed for full colour lighting applications the PA95-9RTB LED cluster is based on a 95mm dia MCPCB and comprise of 9 high power integrated RGB emitters configured in series.

A choice of optics is available including a single piece 9-cell for ease of assembly.

The LEDs must be driven from a constant current source and used with approriate secondary heatsinking to provide reliable thermal management.

PA82-9W Series
ThePA82-9W series high power module is an 82mm diameter cluster containing 9x 1W emitters with optics.

A range of colours are offered and a choice of optics to provide the beam angle to suit the application.

This high power module must be used in conjunction with secondary heat sinking and appropriate thermal management for reliable operation. Use with a constant current 350mA LED driver.

PC81-06x Series
The PC81-06x series comprise of 6 high power 1W LED emitters mounted on an 81mm diameter MCPCB. Configured in series with a Vf typ of 22v (InGaN) the LEDs must be driven from a constant current source and used with approriate secondary heatsinking to provide reliable thermal management.

A typical output of 200 lumens is quoted for cool white at the max drive curent of 350mA. A range of configurations are available in a choice of colours.

PA82-06x Series
The PA82-06x series high power module is an 82mm diameter cluster containing 6x 1W emitters with optics.

A range of colours are offered and a choice of optics to provide the beam angle to suit the application. Applications include downlighting and task lighting.

This high power module must be used in conjunction with secondary heat sinking and appropriate thermal management for reliable operation. Use with a constant current 350mA LED driver.

PS5050-04x Series
The PS5050-04x series square cluster measures 50x50mm and comprises of 4x 1W P-Flux LED emitters mounted on MCPCB.

A choice of colours are available including white and warm white.

Options include Lambertian, Batwing or Side emitters and a range of secondary optics can be fitted for specific beam angles.

High Power strips must be used in conjunction with secondary heatsinks for lumen maintenance and long term reliability.

PS5050-04x-0 Series
The PS5050-04x-0 series square cluster measures 50x50mm and comprises of 4x 1W P-Flux LED emitters mounted on MCPCB with Optics

A choice of colours are available including white and warm white.

The PA95-O range of LED clusters are based on a 95mm dia MCPCB with optic and comprise of 9 high power 3W LED emitters configured in series. A choice of colours are available including Cool white, Neutral white and  Warm white with an optional RGB version. A typical output of 1170 lumens is quoted for cool white at the max drive curent of 700mA. The single piece 9-cell optic is available in 10° and 25° beam angle.

The LEDs must be driven from a constant current source and used with approriate secondary heatsinking to provide reliable thermal management.
