SBL-KHT Series
From our range of High performance LED's we offer a 3 chip RGB solution in 5.0mm package.

The 4-pin device is available in Common Anode or Common Cathode polarity with a choice of clear or diffused lens.

Clear Lens provides a 40° directivity and diffused 50°.
Full Colour RGB 6 Pin LRGB9Q53
Constructed in a 6 pin surface mount package 5.0mm square the LRGB9Q53 has the benefit of all 3 LED chips being terminated externally allowing all the chips to be controlled separately.

Emitted wavelengths are 630Dnm Red, 525Dnm Green and 470Dnm Blue with a viewing angle of 120°.

Applications include information displays and general effect lighting.

The SH63RTBS40SS-1 high power RGB LED has the benefit of all 3 LED chips being terminated externally allowing each LED chip colour to be controlled separately. Constructed in a 6 pin surface mount package 6.0mm square the emitted wavelengths are 623Dnm Red, 530Dnm Green and 465Dnm Blue.

The device may be driven at 250mA max with typ luminous flux of 21 lm Red, 32 lm Green and 8 lm blue with a viewing angle of 130°.

Constructed in a 6 pin Ceramic SMD 5.0mm square the LRGB9Q53C has the benefit of all 3 LED chips being terminated externally allowing all the chips to be controlled separately.

The device is a medium power device and can be driven to a max180mA @ Ta=25°C. Emitted wavelengths are 630Dnm Red, 525Dnm Green and 470Dnm Blue with a viewing angle of 130°.

Luminous intensity reaches 5.2cd @150mA for Green colour.

Applications include architectural lighting and displays.

Constructed in  a compact 6-pin PLCC-6 the SC63RTB outline is 3.0x3.2mm and comprises of 3 LED chips all terminated externally allowing all the chips to be controlled separately.

Emitted wavelengths are 625Dnm Red, 525Dnm Green and 460Dnm Blue with a viewing angle of 120°.

Devices are compatible with both IR reflow and andTTW soldering.

LGX RGB
The LGXRGB-501 series offers an integrated full colour RGB solution in a single package. Capable of handling 350mA drive current a choice of wide 120°angle or 60° directivity is available. The device comprises of 3 individual chips Red, Green and Blue terminated in a 6-pin package which allows the separate drive/control of each colour.
