High Performance LED Lamps
An increasing number of applications can now be realised using the latest generation
of high performance InAIGaP and GaN chip technologies. The extensive range of
colours, angles packages and intensities that are now available can significantly
increase design flexibility. Package options range from standard 3mm and 5mm
diameter lens through to 20mm lens with LED clusters providing additional output.
Shaped packages include elliptical types for wide horizontal field of view, 4-pin
super flux and surface mount devices. High performance LED light sources now
find applications in rugged environments such as automotive applications and
signalling advances in the use of new materials allows improved power dissipation
and performance at high currents whilst well designed optics produce a uniform
light emission.

SBD-H series 3.0mm Oval
Designed to provide excellent field of view for display information systems the SBD-H series emit an elliptical directivity of 110° (horizontal) and 45° (vertical).

A choice of colours are available including white.

LEDs are supplied ranked for colour, luminous intensity and forward voltage.

SBD-G series 5.0mm Oval
Designed to provide excellent field of view for display information systems the SBD-G series have a 5.2x3.8mm profile and emit an elliptical directivity of 110° (horizontal) and 45° (vertical).

A choice of colours are available including white.

LEDs are supplied ranked for colour, luminous intensity and forward voltage.

High Performance InGaN
We offer an extensive range of 5.0mm high performance discrete LEDs based on InGaN material which provide high luminous intensity at low current.The selection of die along with precision packaging provides low degradation, stability and reliability. A choice of angles are available from 12° through to 56° with a number of package options.

Luminous Intensity for narrow angle devices exceeds 12cd @20mA. We offer Cool and Warm white devices and all high performance LEDs are ranked for Intensity and colour.

Applications include signage, signals and beacons.

High Performance AlInGaP "TS"
Delivering high intensity at low current we offer 5.0mm discrete LEDs using "TS" Transparent Substrate for high performance. The "TS" die along with precision packaging provides low degradation, stability and reliability.

A choice of angles are available from 12° through to 56° with a number of package options.

All high performance LEDs are ranked for Intensity and colour.

SBZ-ZT Series
The SBZ series high intensity super flux LED lamps are based on the established 4-pin package measuring 7.6mm square. Using the latest AlInGaP and InGaN chip technology a range of colours are available including white.

The integral lens design provides a uniform light output with a choice of three viewing angles 40°, 60° and 90° to suit the application.

These LED’s can be driven at current levels up to 30mA and to ensure consistency, all LED’s are categorized and ranked for intensity and colour.

All devices are categorised and ranked for wavelength and luminous intensity,
typical applications include beacons, signage and signalling.

Low Cost InGaN
With additional investment in the latest automated production equipment our
LED efficiencies and product yields have dramatically increased. Using high
volume assembly lines manufacturing costs have been significantly reduced,
this has resulted in driving down the unit cost of InGaN ultra bright LED lamps.
Emission angles range from 15° to 60° across the colours Red, Green, Blue
and White. The table shows an example of typical figures for standard 3mm
and 5mm water clear packages with a 20 to 30 degree field of view.

Other package options including Oval and diffused lenses for wide field of view
are available. Parts are supplied ranked for wavelength and intensity to ensure
consistency of illumination. Applications include designer lighting and signage.
