SL5630 series high performance LED emitter

Plus Opto has announced the introduction of a new Mid-Power LED emitter aimed at linear lighting applications.

Designated LG5630 the 5.6x3.0mm outline has a very low 0.9mm profile and is rated at 150mA max drive current. Luminous intensity is quoted at 40 lumens typical @120mA corresponding with a typical efficiency of 100lm/W. The device has a wide 120° angle of emission and colour rendering index (CRI) of 80. The advanced thermal design allows for a compact housing providing improved lumen maintenance and increased lifetime. When used in multiple arrays the mid power rating of the device reduces the need for extensive secondary heat sinks achieving compact solutions and lower finished costs.

The emitters are available in Cool White (5000~7000K), Neutral White (3800~4500K) and Warm White (2800~3800K)
