SH21 Medium Power 150mA
The SH21 medium power  series may be driven at a DC forward current up to 180mA. A luminous flux of up to 32 lumens can be acheived  with a wide 120° directivity.

The compact package measures 73.5 x 3.5mm with a low 1.2mm profile and is suitable stand alone or in cluster and linear strip applications.

A choice of wavelengths is available and all devices are ranked for intensity and colour to provide consistency when used in multiples.
SH21 Series Super Vega 175
TThe medium power AlInGaP Super Vega series are available in Red 625nm and Yellow 589nm and may be driven at a DC forward current up to 175mA. A luminous flux in excess of 5 lumens is acheived at 175mA with a wide 120° directivity.

The compact package measures 7.0 x 6.0mm with a low 1.5mm profile and is suitable for cluster and linear strip applications.

All devices are ranked for intensity and colour to provide consistency when used in multiples.

Compatible with IR reflow soldering processes.
Super Nova With Lens
The medum power Super Nova with integral lens provides 40° directivity, emission at 588nm yellow achieves in excess of 11 cd @ 175mA.

A full range of colours are supported and the compact package is suitable for cluster and linear strip applications.

LXXK93F53 Series
The medium power LXX93F53 series measures 3.0 x 3.0mm with an extremely low profile of just 0.66mm.

Devices are available in a choice of colours and may be driven up to 150mA.

The LED has a wide 130° angle of emission and is suitable for IR reflow soldering process.
