LWK9S53
The LWK9S53 provides a high intensity light output from a small compact package.

Measuring 3.0 x 2.0 x 1.3mm these devices feature an internal reflector to maximise the light output.

Luminous intensity is quoted at 1000mcd typ @20mA with a 120° viewing angle.

Devices are fully ranked for intensity and colour and compatible with IR reflow soldering process.
SC41 Series PLCC-4 Surface Mount

LWK9553-LS/A PLCC-2 with Lens
Packaged in the compact 2-pin PLCC-2 outline the LWK9553-LS has an integral lens to provide a 60° viewing angle.

Luminous intensity reaches typ 700mcd @ 20mA and devices are categorised for colour and intensity.

Applications include backlighting and legend illumination.
SC21xR Reverse Gullwing
The SC21xR series PLCC uses a reverse gullwing pre-form and provides a cost effective solution for backlighting indicator and linear strip applications. From this small compact package measuring 3.2 x 2.8 x 1.8mm these devices feature an internal reflector to maximise the light output.

Luminous intensities reach 1000mcd @20mA with a wide 120° viewing angle.

Devices fully ranked for intensity and colour on a tight 1:1.25 ratio bin grading system and an optional Vf binning is available. These LEDs are compatible with IR and TTW reflow soldering processes and qualified to JEDEC moisture sensitivity level 2.
SH24 Series
The SH24 series Super Vega LEDs are designed for operation at medium drive currents and can achieve outputs of 21 lumens typ @150mA with a wide 120° viewing angle.

The 7.0 x 6.0mm package has a 1.5mm low profile providing added flexibility in a wide range of applications.

Devices are ranked for intensity and colour and secondary optics are available to suit this package.
SH2LW
The SH2LW Super Vega LED with integral lens is designed for operation at medium drive currents and can achieve outputs of 7 lumens typ @120mA with a directivity of 60°.

The 7.0 x 6.0mm package has a 5.0mm profile and is suitable for IR reflow soldering processes. Devices are categorised and ranked for luminous intensity and colour.
LG150WK 1206
The LG150WK chip LED is based on the 1206 outline measuring 3.2 x 1.6 x 1.2mm
Designed for use in backlighting applications the diffused lens provides 160° angle of emission.

Luminous intensity is quoted at 320mcd typ@ 20mA, devices are fully selected and ranked for colour and intensity and are supplied on tape and reel for auto insertion.
