At the forefront of new and exciting lighting designs our range of high power LEDs are capable of handling drive currents up to 1.4A, with appropriate thermal management. These energy efficient devices are available in a spectrum of mono-colours, white and 3-chip RGB for full colour emission. We offer a variety of different packages and lens options to meet directivity requirements. Devices are offered with LM80 approval and ANSI binning. Applications include light engines and arrays for area lighting and retrofit lamp applications.
The ELSWF series are 3535 1W/3W high power surface mount LED emitters rated up to 1A max drive in a compact package with integral optic. The device features low thermal resistance, ESD protection up to 8KVand ANSI binning.
The RC35 series are 3W high power surface mount emitters with optics designed for horticultural growth applications. Devices are produced in specific wavelengths and feature low thermal resistance and wide angle emission.
The SPMWH3030 series is based around the industry standard 3030 1.5W package outline designed for a wide range of lighting applications. Rated at 200mA max, devices are tightly binned in MacAdam steps and offer lower Vf.
The SLM3030W-2D based around the industry standard 3030 is a 2-chip 1.5W package outline designed for a wide range of lighting applications. The 2 chip package has a Vf of 6.1v and reduces LED count in higher voltage configurations.
